Makanga in Machakos bus station behaving badly

These Makangas of this stage behave so badly to passengers and the public in general. You find them lining at the entrance of the stage, a large number of them, and this is where trouble begins for passengers. They ask you where you are going and if you are not going with their buses (the buses at the entrance which) they start to abuse you verbally and if you react they rough you up.
This is only the start and at entrance of the stage, and before you reach to you buses you have heard all abuses and all sorts of bad things have been done and said to you. They rough and abuse anyone verbally without caring and having a sense of human dignity. They lack respect and someone of sort should not be there or he should be taught how to respect other people.
Before a passenger comes out of the house to the stage, h/she knows where h/she is going. Many passengers and the public are complaining about this makangas and its time they are made to style up.
Police commissioner (Mathew Itere) get this! and save the public from this makangas.
