On newsmakers, from being a house help to a hawker, then a toilet cleaner and even at some point, a street preacher.

The current Starehe Member of Parliament Bishop Margaret Wanjiru’s life has gone full circle. Today, she is not only a reknowned evangelist, she is also an influential politician who despite life’s challenges has forged on to live her dreams. Evelyn Wambui spent the day with Bishop Margaret Wanjiru  and brings us her story on newsmakers.
