Airtel, Safaricom, Orange and Yu customer cares

Kenya has four mobiles service providers, who compete head to toe to win and maintain their customers. But in delivering this service, many are selfish, not caring about the customer and his/her needs. The four have customer care numbers
which a customer calls to get help but, how many customers make it through to talk to a customer care?
The better but not best is;
Orange follows and it is first in delivering care and needed help to its customers.
The worst are;

Safaricom- When you dial their customer care number, you are directed to the ivr machine which gives you a lot of adverts, then connected to a customer care but told to wait and they put music for you to listen to. You will listen to this music for a whole day and if you’re lucky your phone battery power dies before anyone cares for you. The only better care is when you are dealing with M-pesa but it is not that good either.

Airtel has the same problems as its rival Safaricom.

Yu- is the worst of all service providers in customer care. When they introduced themselves to the market, they were the best. You could dial their customer care number and within a second you’re talking to someone but now things have totally changed. First the number does not go through you will always get a reply. ‘Network busy’ or ‘call ended’. There is no way you will talk to someone when you need their help.

Mobile service providers, we need your care as we deal day to day with you. Many times we have issues which cannot be solved by your IVR machines and we cannot travel to your customer care centers just searching for you. If am in Garissa, Mandera, or inside the waters of coast, I need you care right where I am.
Choose wisely your mobile subscriber.
